We are Great Place To Work certified!

This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Bright Network. This year, 89% of employees stated we are a great place to work – compared to only 54% of employees at a typical UK based company. This is a result we’re incredibly proud of, especially as this is the first year we’ve taken part in the Great Place To Work certification process. A few key stats from our survey:

• We achieved an average score of 91% across a wide range of positive statements regarding our culture. To name a few:
  • 100% of employees feel people in the business are treated fairly regardless of their race or sexual orientation
  • 100% of employees feel this is a physically safe place to work
  • 98% of employees feel they are made to feel welcome when they join us
  • 98% of our employees feel a sense of pride when the look at what they’ve accomplished and feel good about the ways in which we contribute to the community
  • 98% of our employees feel encouraged to balance their work and personal life
